Spend time on YOURSELF now! !! Every week Book one treat, facial, pedi, back massage, extr… Then plan a special outfit for each outing, looking like, you step out a Vogue magazine, hat, scarf, heels, gloves, jewelry extr.. the idea is the new better you ,must step out the house. Before you do this , you collect all the unhealthy high calorie low nutrient foods, cheat meals extr in a box. Planing your outing, first drop off food at a homeless shelter.(your good deed for the day) making others smile! Now making you smile, Enjoy your special time, just with you! Now you could do some window shopping for your new look once achieving your goals. And have a pot of tea watching and observing the day. !!! The rest of the week plan your meals, meatball snacks, protein pocket, mince filled squish ……declutter your bedroom, jewelry, shoes , hats.scarfs rearrange clothes into colour and sizes 32,34,36,38,42,44, this make it easier to plan your next best outfits. DO NOT TOSS ANYTHING! You going to colour tuck sew shape and redesign your new look from the old. ENJOY !!!

@RozanaMax you need to stop categorizing foods as "bad" or "good". Sure some foods are more nutritionally dense and contain more vitamins and fiber, but no one food can make you gain or lose weight. THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO BE IN A MODERATE CALORIE DEFICIT. This deficit can be achieved by either decreasing your calorie intake, increasing you energy expenditure(the activity you do) or both. Theoretically, you could only eat cheeseburgers but as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. But you will most probably feel very bloated, sluggish and tired. So for a sustainable weight loss diet you a NEED BALANCE DIET. This will include high protein foods, fiber rich fruits and vegtables, grains, nuts and seeds(All these foods will make you feel more full which will make it easier to stick to your calorie deficit. But a balanced diet can also include fun foods, like cookies, chips, sweets, and fast food. The reason why you binge on the cake is because you aren't allowing yourself to have all foods. You are being to restrictive and then when you have access to these "forbidden" foods you binge on them. Instead if you allowed yourself to have one piece of cake in the day, while fitting it into your daily calories, you wouldn't feel as restricted.

I really feel you. I can't have anything even remotely nice food-wise in my house or I'll eat it. I'd love to be one of those people who would have 2 blocks of chocolate and then stop. But instead I'm also like a todler set free when it comes to junk food. Hope you get through the next 2 weeks. Maybe give yourself a controlled treat every now and then instead of going cold-turkey? Let us know how it goes!

That's me! Also a teacher. When my son is in bed and I get to chill and watch Netflix, that's when I get the munchies.. It's so bad!

And it's hard to stop once you have started eating. That's why I stay away from junk food completely. I get that mindset that I've had half the bag of chips, may as well finish it and eat the other three 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣
