好,歷經1個月每天只能睡4小時的日子,給我的回報就是胖了3公斤,又回到半年前的體重了😭😭😭

這1個月每天都是高糖、高油、高碳水的食物,零食1天沒少,但是真的是吃得好爽😄🤣😆

重新開始吧!花半年瘦的,吃1個月就胖回來,那又要花多久才能再瘦下去呢😅🥺😴
120.4 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
