5/19/11 147.4lb, 39.8%BF, walk/ran 3.5 miles yesterday. Slow but sure now. Knees hurting from exercise--hope I can keep it up--I LOVE walking by the river-almost feel like a runner (memories) :)
147.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
