Cheers BuffyBear. Atkins. Don't like it but it's working. That alone with painting three room in boiling hot weather. I am sooooo determined. Can't believe how fat I've gotten. Time to say goodbye to sadness. My gorgeous dog Cassie got killed by a car right in front of me three years ago. I'll never get over it. I really lost it. She was a fabulous dog and I have never loved a living creature so much. Sometimes life can be very hard. Miss you so much Cassie x
