lost 2 pounds. I realized that slow cutting is the most efficient and effective strategy.

since increasing my calories, been seeing better gains.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree. I'm eating more now than before counting calories and losing slowly but steadily.
