fell off the good food wagon big time yesterday. luckily I didn't do too much damage lol. on the bright side, I feel so yucky today that I don't want to even look at another pizza for quite some time
136.0 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
