Hey ... maybe it is my scale ... I did a weigh in and came in a 197.6 ... got off scale and immediately weight in again at 198.4 ... IN a matter of TEN (10) seconds ... I went up .8 lbs .. I must have taken a DEEP DEEP DEEP Breath .... OH Well ...
