Been listening to old episodes of the Fat 2 Fit Radio podcast. I really like their philosophy. I am eating enough calories to fuel my basal metabolism PLUS anoth 10-20% for regular mild exercise. So for me that is about 1800 calories a day.
I vow to never go back into starvation mode or follow any calorie regime that is less than my basal metabolic rate.
