A few difficult moments during meal time seltions but over all things went well. This next 10 days will be a test, working away from home staying in a hotel. I feel up to the task today......:-)
300.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 110.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
