Had one glass of red wine last night, I was worried it would knock me out of ketosis. Reading was 0.8. Glucose 4.7 or 85, so not too bad. Weight stayed the same. Had a procedure today to remove Mirena IUD, so that's the end of hormones for me after putting them into my today on and off for 30 years. My doctor suggested it as it may help with my 'sluggish metabolism'. Getting blood work done in 2 months once things settle down. I haven't had any comments on my posts - can someone confirm to me that they're being posted to the community?
