This week I will stay at 1500 or less calories each day. I will continue walking and my next goal is to hit 195.00. After that it will be 190.00. I do better with 5 pound increments rather than the whole goal of hitting 160.00.

For me counting calories is laborous and tedious, but I will do it.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
