Morning everyone, Tried to stay consistent with food last week , with a few treats - to keep my sweet tooth happy ..😃 A week of cardio helped too I recon .. Hoping next my finger would of healed so I can ease back into doing weights ..👍 Have a great week everyone.. and fingers crossed the pollen starts to lower - cos my hay fever has been awful this year .. 🤧..gx
