Egh.... Do I have to admit a 3 lb. gain? I HAVE to be 140 by this Friday- time to kick my own butt! If you can't tell... I'm doing HORRIBLE on my challenges... I want to try the "No Excuses" challenge.... MOTIVATE ME PLEASE! I'll do the same for you.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh my gosh, you've done so well- 15lbs! hang in there and keep up the good work, just make sure you keep a steady and healthy diet, you don't want your body to crash or your metabolism to slow down so do cut out too many calories.
