I am heading over to a clean eating site I found with lots of interesting menus as I am of the right mindset to get this party started!
298.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1331 kcal Fat: 63.16g | Prot: 115.96g | Carb: 82.80g.   Breakfast: Cream Substitute (Liquid), Coffee, Nature Valley Protien Granola Cereal, Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese, Danone Oikos Greek Yogurt. Lunch: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, Egg. Dinner: La Maison Fresh Garlic Caesar Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade). Snacks/Other: Carbmaster (Cultured Dairy Blend). more...
