Have just started tracking every food on Fat Secret so I can keep an eye on the total carbs we are eating, because we really want to keep our weight losses up. Keeping the carb count undcer 20g per day, and will try to keep it that low for some time yet.
Exercise is still sporadic- I need to sort out a routine to ensure that I exercise regularly, as I'm sure that it will speed up weight loss, regardless of the diet I'm on (while proponents claim it's not necessary on ketogenic diet, burning more calories has to help).
