Shocker I fell off again. For a good 6mths, buuuut I went back to gym yesterday and I’m trying to eat better so here’s to another attempt 😁
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
