Went to Pete Evans cooking class last night (in Melbourne, Australia). 3 hours long, he didn't start cooking til well into the first hour! Then he made kale chips, chicken broth (sort of), chicken soup and cauliflower fried rice, over the next two and a bit hours. He talked most of the time. That's okay I guess, he's very motivated to convince people to eat Paleo. I guess I'm a bit beyond that now because I no longer need to be convinced. Mind you, he has almost convinced me to give up dairy for a while to see what happens. Anyway, I've glad I've lost a little bit more as I'm deviating from the plan.
