up down, up down, so depressed with the way I look at the moment
I cant wait to get this thyroid problem fixed
142.0 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 12 years ago.... still struggling

I cannot speak for men, but as a women, with our changing cycles, pregnancy and so forth, thyroid hormones will always be something to manage. My thyriod was removed and I still go for regular blood tests and the doctor adjusts my dose often (as my other hormones fluctuate). It's an ongoing process, but you learn to manage it. I have a thyroid problem it not easy to lose weight 😭

Me four. Up and down like a merry go round. Very frustrating and demotivating. Even when you eat right, and you do one small eeny wheezy cheat, you gain like 1.5kg's. My body also holds water back, so I'm feeling just as depressed with my weight not going down. I have reduced my calorie intake from 1750 to 1500. If I go any less, I end up getting hunger pangs along with dizziness which I don't like. Does not work for me as I end up eating things I shouldn't. My two down-falls: drinking too little water (even with lemons etc) and always craving salt. So, if I'm not thirsty, I don't drink water. And because I like salty, eating yogurts and fruit is same as water...Forse myself. Oooh, and don't forget....gluten sensitivity. As soon as I go over 81kg, gluten sensitivity kicks in and heart burn is my forte. Been struggling the last 3 months getting down to 80kgs: macro counting and brisk walking.
