Still doing well. I expect to be up slightly on Monday's weigh-in since I tend to use all my flex points on the weekend. Though I am going to try to get in some exercise.

I'm also quite a bit more lax on my diet over the weekend as well, it helps me stay focused during the week. If I allow myself to indulge a little on Saturday and Sunday it keeps the temptation to binge during the week down quite a bit.

Probably won't check back in until Monday.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
