Working extra hard at the gym, eating as close to RDI as I can not worried about overages or extreme low cal as long as there is a fair deficit at the end of the day via excercise I'm happy and it seems to be working. Having to reduce RDI, hurt knees and back will need to take off a couple weeks from the gym. I hope I don't gain too much. :/
