After a week of keto plan, get from 72.8 to 69.9kg. This is kind of fast for only 1 week. Anyhow, I guess the first week are mainly water 🤔
154.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

i lost fast the first 2 months then it slowed all the way down and now i average 1-2lbs a week depending on how active i am.

Maybe it's the same percentage because you weigh less now.
