Things are good. I have not felt compelled to weigh myself on some sort of schedule. I eat within the guidelines I have chosen every day and weigh myself when I feel lighter or smaller. Yesterday I noticed that my pants felt a bit loose, so I decided to weigh this AM. Sure enough, I had a loss. Not a record shaking on--but I'll take it.

My glucose levels continue to be somewhat of a mystery. I have higher (though not scary) levels in the AM and then before dinner and after dinner are very, very low. The blood work that is due in late September will tell more.

I am enjoying a return to normal activity. This includes walking around downtown to do errands at lunch time and meeting friends after work occasionally. Nice.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
