it's not a good sign and i need to make more effort and reduce carbs to the minimum ,last week i destroyed my diet and workout systems and here is the result . :(
176.4 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

reducing carbs isnt necesarily the answer. Yes reduced processed junk. i would say focus on adding more protein to your diet. check out this link on how to calculate how much to eat of each macro. Dont cut more and 20%. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Mango is a favorite fruit for many people, but if someone wants to lose weight, they could eat an apple instead. 1 cup of sliced mango = 107 calories, 24.42 grams sugar, 28.05 grams carbs. 1 medium apple = 72 calories, 14 grams sugar, 19 grams carbs.
