A quick update, we plan to fly on monday as our daughter has made a full recovery. My calorie average for this month so far is slightly over 1700 and thats what fs says is my intake for weight loss. I plan to bring it down to 1600 calories over the next week. I think I look the same and clothes all fit so i'm confident that I am maintaining. As my life goes the cat ruined my tape measure and there's no time to get a new one before we go so measurements are out for the moment too.

Glad for the news of your daughter's health! In the flight you will do fine on the menu. When you get there, you have a lot of unpacking to do, so don't forget to take breaks and drink your water. Don't forget to eat! ;)
