Just back from a 10 day family trip. Didn't totally go off the rails, but also could have eaten a lot more healthy. First day back, my weight was 131.4, which I was grateful it wasn't higher. After only one day of not eating wheat, sugar, etc., my weight dropped to 129.7.
My husband and I are following a fairly strict Optivia 5-1 to get our weights and eating habits back on track. So happy we have this program that works!
