I had to do a little calorie adjustment and it seems to be working. My weight was maintaining but maintaining isn't my goal right now. I'm happy to see a loss no matter how big or small. I have to go and have lab work done today. I'm hoping that goes well. Most of all I hope all of you have a great day with plenty of happiness and success.
