I know a lot of what I have lost in weight is water because I can't possibly lose that amount of fat so fast. I went to walk yesterday and it felt good to be outside, so I will try to do it more often. Maybe 3x a week. I just have to sustain it and little by little keep giong down. I have about 20 more pounds to go!
