就知道😱
最近很忙,每晚都只能睡4小時,所以對碳水特別渴望😓
已經1週每天飯後還要吃4片吐司+花生醬+巧克力醬+超多薯片……. 壓力肥啊😤😤😤
114.9 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
