Indeed a reasonably well start, cuz its very difficult to change the lifestyle.
But now i need to continue and maintain it. hopefully i will change my lifestyle permanently.
298.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
