Ketones are 0.4
I'm a bit disappointed, but I had saganaki cheese when I went to the movies and I don't know how much it weighed. If it was 200 grams, then that was a lot of protein. To compensate, i didn't eat the slow cooked chicken I'd made for our family dinner. I also had a dairy based fat bomb and some guidance says keep dairy low or out. Maybe I should try that for today and stick to coconut oil and meat fat as my main source of fat - just makes it a bit more challenging!!!
189.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
