The "Beyond Diet" program is working. Even though I can't follow it exactly. Too expensive and time consuming. But I follow it in spirit using the most important core ideas of it. I did the usual lost but gained it all back and more. I had gone back up to 132, and so started Beyond Diet to give it another try from a different angle. It works. And I do 20 min or a bit more of aerobics at least 4x a week. Also my portions aren't as large as Beyond Diet says because I am very short, so I cut back a bit to compensate for my size.
