Scale broke had to get a new one. Figured my weight would go up. Not to bad though. So will do better next week. 😊

234.2 lb Lost so far: 76.8 lb. Still to go: 109.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.4 lb a week

Hun, I have 3 scales, all purchased within a month. They do NOT agree. Guess who weighs 3 times and averages them out?
