didn't feel hungry last night so skipped dinner. huge weight loss this morning. hope it doesn't all go straight back on. 1st goal of 60kg finally looking reachable
137.6 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
