I'm really having a really hard time adjusting my calories. I'm getting a bit disgusted because I have been either staying at 2:26 or bouncung to 224. I went through my calorie charts and it seems that I can eat about 1200 calories for 2 days then I have to starve and eat about 800 calories for one day. I'm not sure what to do from now on but I think I have to count my carbs or carefully. the problem is I depend a lot on my good greens bar and the carbs are about 24. That's a really good source of vegetables and fruits for me.
