No movement. We've had inclement weather and I haven't gotten out to walk or rollerblade this week. I think it's time to ask hubby about going down to get that gym membership.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
