Yay, I finally worked off that crunchwrap I indulged in the other morning. That and the 40 minutes of Wii boxing I did yesterday. I went and bought a head of lettuce and chopped it all up into a large baggie so we all had nice big salads yesterday. I love salad in the summertime. Even my 5yr old ate a bunch. I do put a tiny sprinkle of cheese and sunflower seeds on mine but I leave off the croutons and bacon bits. So happy to be going down again.

Oh, and I just have to add, one of the boys is making pancakes this morning, so I am actually having breakfast for once. One pancake with Butterlicious spray and a tiny drizzle of boysenberry syrup and I am full, but it was very good.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you both :) I haven't been able to exercise as much these past few days with too many things going on, but I have been doing the 30 day squat challenge that is going around on Facebook, so I haven't been going up even if I haven't been going down. I made homemade chicken noodle soup the other night and I was worried about the sodium, but after adding it up my soup has only about 387 mg of sodium per cup so I am pretty happy with that. I think I might be eating too little and that is hindering my weight loss, but it is so hard to eat when it is so hot and I don't have ice cream and popsicles to run to. I need to buy some strawberries and put them in the freezer.

I slice strawberry. In a bowl then a sugar free chocolate pudding. Yummy

Mmmm that sounds good too. I usually just use Cool Whip. It is surprisingly low in calories.
