Yesterday was so long! I had work, did homework at school and then a night class. I did a good job of eating healthy during the day, but when I got home at 10:45pm, I gave in and ate my family's left overs out of the fridge. Mostly carbs and fat too... =[ I'm going to be better today though. I have a lot of work to get done, but I feel that I've done well so far this morning. Let's hope that feeling carries me through the day!
