I have been trying not to snack much and work out. To see this weight lose in 1 day does concern me but I will continue to diet and exercise. My support team is amazing and Nichole is the right component for my success. Thank You GOD for letting us get back together.
261.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
