ok friends. im mad. lol I have not had my scale with me bc I forgot to take it to the lake. I have not cheated at all and I have gained weight. as of Saturday I have been of hcg dropps (stopped them Thursday-takes 2 days to get out of body) I have eaten more protein but have stayed 900-1100 each day in calories. I should be at least maintaining. not sure what I have done to increase weight. still have not added any bread, pasta, potatoes ex. I have not even eaten any melba toast. now that I have my scale I will be watching crazy close. I will win!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That would make me mad, too! Sorry. You are nearing the end of your journey, so your body may actually NEED a few friendly carbs. It's also possible that too many weeks at too low an RDI could be causing your body to latch on to every little bit of energy. Just my take on it.

I agree with Gilliansings. Are you weighing yourself at the same time of day? Preferably in the morning is ideal.

im getting my carbs. promise. I love fruit. so im eating fruits/veggies to get my carbs. at least they are natural not bread. although I LOVE Bread! I have not had my gallon of water everday for 2 days as well so I might be hanging on to water as well. time to really observe. im trying to eat more. I am just afraid to still. did eat little more (felt like a lot more) and gained. hard to make yourself eat more when you see the scale go up) today I have boiled eggs fruits and veggies with me at work. tomorrow hopefully will be a better reading.

I weigh every morning after I get kids out of bed and go potty. seams like I get a better reading after I have activated my muscles a little bit. I also weigh with no clothes so I get accurate reading with out the difference in close. sometimes just undies but that shouldn't change it much.

You have the right attitude.. You will win!! Yes, I understand how set backs can make you mad, even when you are doing things "right." I feel your anger, but do not let this set back keep you down "off the horse." Keep going, do what you are doing- and remember that once you reach your goal, your journey is just beginning.. keeping it off might be a greater challenge than loosing it... but that is ok.. you will feel better, etc etc..
