Let me preface this by saying it's been a while since I entered my weight because I had put a lot of it back on. I suck when it comes to following an eating plan. I really love food (especially the ones that are bad for you). I decided to keep an eye on my potions and stop eating after 7:30 pm. I am also working out a lot more by walking during lunch and adding a Turbo Kick & Body Pump class to my workout regime. (I had over 71,000 steps last week). The number on the scale is going down slowly but I've had a lot of people tell me I am looking quite fit. so in actuality I am down 7 pounds instead of up 1 pound. Imagine that!!!
