oh well somethings shifted decided to not IF just protein shake for brekkie waiting to plateau to change things up again..💪🏼👈🏻
176.8 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Hi Ed i can relate to how you are doing the weight loss we have a similar amount to lose. I have a pretty sedentary job so i get walks in at breaks and lunch usually and then just joined the gym so 1 hour cardio fast walk and progressive inclines
