155.9 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Finally back on track!3rd week back in the gym (after a 2 week break). Thanks to daily Virgin Active TwentyFour classes I've already lost 1.5 kg in just over 2 weeks. Half hour classes of High intensity training, Mondays-Thursdays.
