I only lost 1.8 lbs. in a week. That's unacceptable. I have to be more disciplined and stay focused on what I need to do right. I have to diet and exercise correct. I have to drop 40 pounds by 10/30/2014. I have to build my energy and stamina u. I will have to complete this trifecta medals in November and then get ready for a lot of races in 2015. I will get the support from my wife and family.
