I had a wonderful weekend with Brenden! I tried to eat as healthy as I could, although it was hard. We brought healthy organic carrots and apples and almonds to munch on. We also baked peaches with honey and cinnamon one night for dessert! But we did eat at Outback one night and last night at the Death Cab concert I felt a weak moment when I had a pulled pork sandwich and strawberry shortcake! I gained some weight back, but this is just a little hiccup in my road to success! Back to reality again today!
225.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad you had a good weekend. Sounds like you did pretty well with the diet, despite the Outback and the concert. You deserve a little treat now and then, and it didn't set you back that badly....you'll recover any lost ground quickly now that you're back.
