What an incredible week! Feeling awesome! Can't compare or explain the feeling of confidence and just feeling healthy and lean. I know I have a ways to go to my goal yet, .4 pound from being exactly 100 pounds to goal weight...but that also means I am .4 pounds away from being down 70 lbs total from my heaviest! How incredible is that...once I let go of whatever it was that has been holding me back mentally and just followed and trust the process everything started to fall into place and work! Never felt healthier (even when I was tiny in my early 20's). This is great! :)
230.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations, Amanda! I started out about the same weight as you (mid-280's), & have been trying to lose weight slowly. I lost 25 lbs before having my right hip & knee replaced. Then my hip incision became infected TWICE, & in the 6+ months it took to get over that I gained 10+ lbs back. Now I've lost nearly all of that weight, & am looking forward to continued weight loss. I need to lose about 40 lbs more to have my left hip replaced, as it is now quite painful. The only exercise I can do is exercycling & some very low impact stretching & strengthening exercises. So this time the weight isn't coming off as easily, but I'm determined that it WILL come off, & I will soon be thinner & healthier than I've ever been. All that is to say that I'm very impressed with your success, & that you are helping to inspire me to stick with it & not be discouraged. I'm thankful that I've realized that I AM NOT ON A DIET, but am making better, healthier food choices as a lifetime change in my eating habits. Best Wishes to you in your continued weight loss, & have a great weekend! ((HUGZ)), GLAMMER

Thanks Kattay! Isagenix and clean eating all the way :) Thank you Draglist :) Thanks Glammer :) Sorry to hear about your struggles, glad to hear you're over coming them. My original start weight was closer to 300 lbs :( but for some reason it doesn't show that since changing my diet type. I've been a yo-yo queen for years and have finally gotten my head wrapped around things. Once you have the right mindset you're on fire and become unstoppable! Never give up on yourself and your dreams, you got this! :)
