Haven't logged my weight for a couple of months. I had shoulder surgery and quit logging my food, plus became less active. I still try to be mindful of my food intake so I'm not to upset about the weight gain. I'm only at 30% of normal ROM in my right shoulder but I'm able to to at least get on my stationary bike and hold my two toddlers again. My first change I'm making is no sugar and no eating after dinner. Fingers crossed to hit and stay at my goal weight by the end of July.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
