Oh man did I over do it this weekend. Too much drink and too many fatty meals. Ug. Paid the price this morning at the gym Was able to get in all sets and reps but the last bit of ab work had me dizzy and sick. This morning waste 38", 204 on the scale, ouch but really irrelevant because I'm more concerned about my BMI which read 17.5. 9% to go.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
