So coming clean. My program the last couple weeks has been horrendous. I was attempting to do intermittent fasting, and it turned into a basic bust for me. I am going to revert back to my basic counting calorie, and will start at a typical 2,000 with a decrease to 1,500 in short order. Thank you for your patience! ;)

Keep focusing. Intermittent fasting is tough for me too. For my wife,...not so much. She's not trying to lose weight, and doesn't need to. But she is very good at it, unless we go out to eat or have some ice cream from the local creamery. I've been recording my foods & calories since Nov 2018. I probably don't pay attention to them 2 days after I record them, but it certainly keeps me accountable the day I eat the food and knowing that there are only so many calories left in the day. However, I do allow myself some flexibility for eating between 1500 and 2000 calories for the most part since staying right at 1500 calories is tough for me. Obviously vacations, holidays, and special occasions are hard on me, but I just make sure to start over the day after it's over. I've been struggling with my weight recently since I had an operation, had to quit exercising, and had some short term vacation during the same time. During periods of inactivity, I tend to eat more. I had gained about 10 pounds, and have now lose some of it. I want to lose about 18 - 20 more pounds, and stay there,....again. Keep focusing and be well. Tom
