i was off the diet for about a month, eating what i wanted and how much.. so thats why i put on the weight again.. but now im starting fresh and hopefully will get even more off now!
181.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
