Been doing well on diet. Went to a function on Thursday evening, ate small bits of some things not on my diet. Had two drinks. Then got back on the wagon the next day! My greatest problem is elimination. You'd think eating all these vegetables would help me go to the bathroom, but not so much. Found a chinese green tea that has been doing the trick...has anyone else been having this problem with a high protein diet, and if so, what are you doing about it??
